2003 Statehood Quarters

2003 is the fifth year in the 50 statehood quarter series program. These year 2003 minted quarters in order as they entered statehood are Illinois, Alabama, Maine, Missouri and Arkansas. Each statehood quarter design has a Philadelphia and Denver minted circulating edition and the San Francisco mint made both the S Proof in copper-nickel and the S Silver Proof in 90% Silver.
